Ecology-friendly technology is used in mushroom production. The goal of the current study was to identify certain socioeconomic traits of the region's mushroom beneficiaries as well as to illustrate and characterize the impacts of mushroom farming on these individuals. In India, a sizable portion of the rural population is made up of women who work in agriculture. With the help of statistical tools like mean, standard deviation, correlation, and multiple regressions, the overall income of the female farm workers in four study blocks was assessed. In contrast to Arang and Tilda blocks, whose socioeconomic profiles were heavily reliant on mushroom farming, Abhanpur, and Dharsiwa's socioeconomic features demonstrated that their population did not depend on mushroom cultivation as their primary source of income.
