Abstract:

An experiment was carried out at College of Temperate Sericulture, Mirgund SKUAST – Kashmir during spring, 2024 to know the impact of nano urea foliar application on growth, yield and quality parameters of Mulberry. The study resulted in significant improvement in longest shoot let length, maximum shoot let length, highest fresh weight of 100 leaves, leaf yield, moisture percentage and NPK content of mulberry leaf. Among the different treatments T3(100%PK + 75% N Soil application + Nano urea foliar spray @ 4 ml L-1) emerged as best treatment by recording Longest shoot let shoot let length (71.787 cm), maximum shoot let length (1,968.397 cm ), highest fresh weight of 100 leaves (480.310g), maximum yield (3.935 kg), maximum moisture content (76.220%), maximum nitrogen content (3.520%), maximum phosphorus content (0.274% ) and maximum potassium content (1.688%).
