A study was conducted at the Department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, VNMKV, Parbhani during 2024-25 to find out efficacy of different fungicides and bioagents against A. macrospora caused boll rot in cotton under in vitro condition. In laboratory study among non- systemic fungicides, Mancozeb 75% WP, Propineb 70% WP, Zineb 75% WP and Metiram 70% WG at both concentrations (1500 ppm and 2000 ppm) completely inhibited the mycelial growth. Whereas, among systemic fungicides, Propiconazole 25% EC, Hexaconazole 5% EC and Tebuconazole 25.9% EC at both concentrations (500 ppm and 1000 ppm) completely inhibited the mycelial growth. The maximum mycelial growth inhibition was recorded in T. harzianum 80.68 percent.
