The present study entitled “Constraints faced by linseed growers during adoption of recommended linseed cultivation practices in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra” was conducted in Nagpur, Wardha and Chandrapur districts of Vidarbha region in Maharashtra during 2024-25. A total of 120 FLDs linseed growers were selected through purposive sampling methods from three tehsils where maximum number of FLDs linseed growers found. Data were collected using a pre-tested interview schedule. The results showed the unavailability of thresher machines, reported by 98.33 percent of respondents, unavailability of labours at the time of harvesting, noted by 74.17 percent of the respondents, late sowing due to the late harvesting of the previous crop reported by 64.17 percent of the respondents, limited market access reported by 63.33 percent, low production get from linseed reported by 62.50 percent, attacks from wild animals were reported by 37.50 percent of the respondents. According to suggestion offer by linseed growers highest percentage of respondents (98.33%) emphasized the need for providing threshing machinery, MSP should be provided reported by 85.00 percent, market facility reported by 62.50 percent of the respondents. Soil testing laboratories in the vicinity were suggested by 60.83 percent of the respondents, processing unit should be established were suggested by 57.50 percent of the respondents.
