The investigations on the screening of different genotypes/varieties against major sucking pests in summer sesame were carried out at the Main Oilseeds Research Station, JAU, Junagadh during summer, 2024. Out of the twenty-three genotypes/varieties of sesame screened for their relative susceptibility against major sucking pests viz., jassid (Orosius albicinctus, Distant), whitefly (Bemisia tabaci, Genn.) and thrips (Thrips tabaci, Lindeman) in summer sesame. The varieties/genotypes AT 560, AT 468, AT 573, AT 562, AT 566 and GJT 5 were found resistant against O. albicinctus. The varieties/genotypes AT 564, GJT 5, GT 3, AT 532, AT 561, AT 560 and AT 566 were categorized as resistant to B. tabaci. In case of T. tabaci AT 532, GJT 5, AT 468, AT 560, GT 3, AT 564 and AT 540 were found resistant genotypes/variety.
