Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) platforms have rapidly gained popularity in urban India, especially in tech-centric cities like Bengaluru. Characterized by ultra-fast delivery services and promotional offers, these platforms have transformed consumer shopping patterns. This study aims to analyze how Q-Commerce affects consumer spending habits and impulse buying behavior and whether these patterns vary across demographic characteristics. Based on a structured questionnaire administered to 200 respondents in Bengaluru, the study used descriptive statistics and Chi-square analysis to assess the influence of Q-Commerce. The findings revealed that a majority of consumers tend to spend more due to the convenience and accessibility of Q-Commerce services. Impulse buying also emerged as a prevalent behavior, especially among younger consumers, women and those with higher income levels. Significant associations were observed between demographic variables such as gender, age, occupation and income with both spending habits and impulse buying tendencies. These insights can help Q-Commerce platforms refine their promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement.
